We have standard MOQ 1000L or 1000kg for regular pesticide formulations. Small trial orders are acceptable for overseas buyers. The lead time and unit price of trial orders are slightly different from bulk orders. Please consult our sales team for details.

Standard in-stock products: Shipment will be arranged within 15 working days after receiving the advance payment. Products with customized small packaging (LOGO, foreign labels): 25-30 working days after receiving the advance payment. Products with customized formulas or special certifications: Lead time will be negotiated separately.

A regular quotation is valid for 30 days. Prices will be adjusted dynamically due to fluctuations of chemical raw materials, international freight and exchange rates. We can negotiate price locking solutions for long-term partners.

Most pesticide formulations are classified as Class 9 dangerous goods under IMD rules. Mandatory documents for booking and customs clearance include Pesticide Export Release Notice, Chinese & English MSDS, Dangerous Goods Package Inspection Certificate, Certificate of Origin and Product Registration Certificate. We can provide all required document for exporting.

Yes. After loading and customs clearance, we will send you the tracking number, bill of lading copy and logistics updates via email or business tools in a timely manner. You can track the whole shipment process.

You can specify the logistics provider or expected arrival time when placing orders. We will try our best to arrange according to shipping schedules and dangerous goods regulations. Due to uncontrollable factors such as shipping routes and port congestion, arrival time cannot be fully guaranteed. We will update you timely for any exceptions.

All export packages comply with strict standards, featuring anti-leakage and compression resistance for long-distance sea transportation. We support customized outer packages, adhesive labels, color cartons and brand LOGO. Labels can be designed in accordance with local languages and regulations of destination countries.

We support FOB，CIF, CFR, DAP and other common international trade terms, which can be selected flexibly according to your needs.

Yes. We can customize exclusive formulations and compound formulas according to local pest resistance, application habits and regulatory requirements of destination countries. Mass production will start after sample confirmation. The lead time and cost will be negotiated separately.

We provide free product training and crop protection lectures for distributors, large planting bases and key buyers. According to the cooperation level, we can arrange professional technicians to provide on-site guidance on pest control and pesticide application overseas.

Please inform us of crop type, pest/disease type, dosage, application environment and on-site pictures. Our technical team will analyze the causes based on local climate and pest resistance, optimize application plans and timing, and provide full technical support.
